    Big Industry Show/Cannabis Cup

    When: Apr.16-20
    Where: Denver Mart (451 E. 58th Ave.), Denver, Colorado
    What: The Big Industry Show has merged with the Cannabis Cup to create a five-day event in Denver leading up to the 4/20 weekend. The first two days are for smoke shops and companies that cater to them; it's known as "business to business" and is only open to the those who work in the industry. Day 3 is the Galleria Glass Exhibition. The final two days are for marijuana testers and tastemakers at the High Time Cannabis Cup.

    Cheech & Chong


    When: 4/17
    Where: Fillmore Auditorium (1510 Clarkson St.), Denver, CO
    What: The classic stoner comedy duo kick off the week's festivities with at concert at one of Denver's biggest and best music venues. Tommy Chong's wife Shelby is also part of the show, which also includes entertainment from Suster Sledge, the Family Stone, Boot Rooster, Laith Al-Saadi, Aaron Artisanal and Jeff Peterson (a.k.a. The 420 Comic). This is a fundraiser for Colorado NORML and NORML.

    Ice Cube/Action Bronson

    When: Apr. 18
    Where: Denver Mart, Denver, CO
    What: Opening night concert at the Cannabis Cup, sponsored by Homestead Hydro.

    Julian Marley & the Uprising

    Where: Casselman's (2620 Walnut St.), Denver, CO
    What: Ziggy and Stephen Marley's younger brother Julian brings his roots style to Denver. Presented by StrainWise.

    Collie Buddz/The ReMINDers

    When: Apr. 18
    Where: Cervantes' Masterpiece Ballroom (2637 Welton St.), Denver, CO
    What: "Come Around" singer Collie Buddz headlines this reggae show. He's also performing at The Catalyst in Santa Cruz, CA on 4/19 and at The Independent in San Francisco, CA on 4/20.

    Arizona 420 Festival

    Where: Crown Plaza Hotel (2532 W. Peoria Ave.), Phoenix, AZ
    What: Speakers, bands, vendors, multiple stages and a Grower's Cup are planned for this Phoenix event.

    Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival

    When: Apr. 18-20
    Where: Empire Polo Club (Indio, CA
    What: The second weekend of  Coachella 2014 features Arcade Fire, Beck, Fatboy Slim, Foster the People, Grouplove, Haim, Kid Cudi, Lana del Rey, Lorde, MGMT, Motorhead, Muse, OutKast, Pet Shop Boys, Queens of the Stone Age, Skrillex, the Replacements and Trombone Shorty.

    Phil Lesh/Trombone Shorty/Robert Randolph & the Family Band

    When: Apr. 18-20
    Where: Brooklyn Bowl, Las Vegas, NV
    What: It's a triple-headed all-nighter starting with Lesh at 9 pm, followed by Trombone Shorty at midnight and Randolph at 3:30 am. Wow!

    Festival 64: A Celebration of Legalization

    When: Apr. 18-20
    Where: The 1up (717 E. Colfax Ave.), Denver, CO
    What: Denver Kush Club presents three days of smokin' bands at this downtown venue.

    Daze on the Green

    When: Apr. 18-20
    Where: Sculpture Park (1700 N. Spear Blvd.), Denver, CO
    What: Karl Denson's Tiny Universe, Dumpstaphunk, Tea Leaf Green, Kyle Hollingsworth Band, The Orb, Toubad Krewe, Stir Fried, Disco Floyd, the Dank All-Stars and more perform over three days.

    SweetWater 420 Fest

    When: Apr. 18-20
    Where: Centennial Olympic Park, Atlanta, GA
    What: It's the 10th year for this event sponsored by Sweet Brewing Company. The stellar line-up includes Sublime with Rome, Galactic, Steel Pulse, Chris Robinson Brotherhood, G. Love & Special Sauce, Dirty Dozen Brass Band, Dirty Heads, Anders Osborne and more on five stages.

    What: Slightly Stoopid are back in Colorado for another 4/20 weekend blowout. Mac Miller joins them for this sold-out show. The only way to get in at this point is to buy a VIP pass for the show that also entitle entrance to the Cannabis Cup in nearby Denver.

    The Official 420 Rally

    When: 4/19-20
    Where: Civic Center Park, Denver, CO
    What: Two days, two stages, tons of stoners, lots of bands, plenty of vendors and hopefully no shooting like what happened last year. Among the performers scheduled for this hip-hop heavy celebration are Wyclef Jean, B.o.B, the Expendables, Zion-I, Bass Physics and Rumtum.

    What: Culture headlines this revival of a traditional marijuana protestival that featured the Black Crowes in 1992.

    Snoop Dogg's 4/20 Wellness Retreat

    Where: Red Rocks, Morrison, CO
    What: Day 2 of Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa's 4/20 Tour is in - where else? - Colorado. YG and Smoke DZA are also on the sold-out bill. The only way to get in at this point is to buy a VIP pass for the show that also entitle entrance to the Cannabis Cup in nearby Denver. Later that night, DJ Snoopadlic will spin a set at the Gothic Theatre in Engewood, CO. Snoop and Wiz Khalifa are atWaMu Theater in Seattle, WA on 4/19.
